Absorber - AcoustiGuard™ ML
AcoustiGuard™ Mineral Liner is a high quality, rigid, acoustic mineral fiber board with a facing of tough, smooth, mat black, non-woven glass. It is manufactured from flame attenuated fibers and bonded with a thermosetting binder.

The ML board is available in black or cloth covered on special order. It should be used when a premium appearance, superior acoustic performance and tough surface finish is desired.

USES:

• Theatre and Studio Walls & Ceilings • Enclosure liner • Fan Plenums and Air Ducts

AcoustiGuard™ is easy to apply and can be cut with common utility knives. For secure and permanet installations use mechanical fastners or specified adhesives - available from Wilrep Ltd.
Thickness:

ML-58: 0.625 in. thick, ML-100: 1.0 in.

Also Available ML-200: 2.0 in.

Board Size: 24" wide x 48" (8 sq. ft.)

Typical Physical Properties:
Fire Hazard Classification: (ULC, CAN4-5102, ASTM E84) Flame spead not exceeding 25 and Smoke Developed not exceeding 50.
Smoke Opacity: (ASTM E662) Exceeds requirement for optical opacity of smoke generated, as per Department of Transportation, Urban Mass Transit Division.
Water Vapour Sorption: (ASTM C553) Not greater than 0.1% by volume or 2.5% by weight.
Fungi and Bacteria Resistance: (ASTM C991, ASTM C665) Does not breed or promote growth.
